The information we gather during the site visit will be used to create your current energy use profile. It will then enable us to make recommendations for ways you can save money and resources. Finally, we will create an updated energy use profile that will allow us to complete a detailed solar and energy storage system design that will be the project guide for vendors.

Once you have decided to move forward with us and implement our recommendations, we project manage the entire process. We represent you and not the selected vendors. As your personal engineering project managers, we ensure that the system design, equipment used, and work performed meet with our exacting standards. We deal with the problems and headaches allowing you to enjoy and appreciate the whole process. Steve and Jonathan did an amazing job vetting and finding us the best companies to replace our HVAC and our solar based on our usage and needs. There a lot of information you need prior to choosing the right company. They explained everything we needed and didn't. They saved us a ton of money! We started the process August of 2018 and by mid-September it was completed. The process was so easy, they took care of everything! All we did was kick back and in no time we had new heating/AC and solar panels on our roof. Both companies did a fantastic job; In and out, professional, friendly and tidy. They have very great experience
We are so pleased with our choice to go solar, and specifically trusting Your Energy Pros design and expertise to help guide us. They really do know their stuff. The other companies we had design and bid did the typical review of our SDG&E bill to design a solar plan for us but Your Energy Pros dug into how we used our power and found that our older pool pump was consuming 1/3 of our power. They spent time talking us through what we should replace it with and other energy saving ideas in the house. They helped us understand how the panels worked and best option for our house specifically. Their design was so well thought out and doesn't look so obvious from the front with half the panels on the backside of the roof. These guys watched our project progress and helped us understand the process. It was such a great help. They work with solar companies to design and sell their products so there is no extra charge to use their service. I highly recommend using the Energy Pros for your solar design and other energy savings needs. They have very great experience and have a passion to share that knowledge.

We had been in search of assistance in finding solar energy options, as our SDG&E bills had been steadily increasing each month. We had received quotes from several companies, when a co-worker suggested we contact Your Energy Pros, Jonathan and Stephen Luck. Once meeting these brothers, and seeing their enthusiasm for what they did, as well as, their attention to detail, our decision was made to go with these “energy concierges”. Their service involves recommending specific products which fit individual family, budgetary, and home needs, then matching those with local businesses who can provide professional and personalized assistance. A benefit of working with Your Energy Pros was truly the concierge service. Stephen was on site from beginning to end, ensuring work was completed correctly, permits were signed, our property was safe, and that appointments were kept with county inspectors, SDG&E, and that deliveries were correct. This was important, as we did not need to take time off of work, and our project was kept on track throughout the process. Your Energy Pros began with a detailed proposal of our project, which included a schematic of our roof and efficient plan for placing panels. This was time saving, as it was brought with them for our first meeting, prior to any contract, or decision on our part. Throughout the project we were in touch via email, calls, and texts. This ensured for clear communication, and no surprises. Our finished solar project has exceeded our expectations, and after all has been said and done, we can honestly say, “Why did we wait so long?”. Their knowledge was very detailed and they explained it to us so we could understand it. They brought us data to show us what our savings would be if we got solar. They really care about us and the work they did for us
These guys turned our house from a shack on the hill into a totally climate controlled, energy efficient, luxury resort. They did everything including changing every light bulb in the house, even the one in my sewing machine, to new LED BULBS, which have been burning, in one instance, 24 hours a day for 1-1/2 years now. They knew the best contractors for our new HVAC system. We called on another company accidentally to come change the filters on it; he wasn't allowed to do it, of course, but he was deeply impressed by our system. He called it "the Ferrari" and took pictures of the motherboard to show off to his co-workers. Not to mention the honest, straightforward style of our two engineers and their superb communication skills. We are still in touch with Jon and Steve. They really care about us and the work they did for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
