Terms of Service Energy System Services Program

Congratulations on preparing to take the next step with our Energy System Services Program. 

Whether it’s for your home or your business, this is the kind of backup plan that keeps your energy investment running at full strength—now and into the future.

Once you have subscribed, the Energy System Services Program’s many services and features described in the Energy System Services Program, will immediately become available, with one exception - the discount* on billable services and costs is only available to subscribers with an annual subscription. 

As soon as your monthly or annual subscription to the Program is active, we will arrange for and conduct a Site Visit to establish the correct operation of all relevant energy systems. At that time, should any service work or repairs be required to bring the systems back to peak operational performance, the technician(s) will prepare a report and discuss their findings with you. 

Once all systems are running optimally, we will monitor any systems, such as solar and battery installations, with reporting capabilities, to pre-emptively detect the onset of any problems. Should you notice any other systems becoming problematic, we are a phone call away. We have developed certified vendors that will be available on an expedited basis to resolve any system problems. 

At time of renewal, for annual subscriptions only,  we will arrange for and conduct a Site Visit to establish the correct operation of all relevant energy systems, ensuring peak  performance.

Realtors will be able to benefit from this Program as well. With their subscription to an annual membership on behalf of the property purchaser, a cost that can be reflected in the purchaser’s closing costs,  we will arrange for and conduct a Site Visit to establish the correct operation of all relevant energy systems. At that time, should any service work or repairs be required to bring the systems back to peak operational performance, the technician(s) will prepare a report and detail their findings to the realtor. The seller will then be able to take care of all repair costs, with our discount* on billable services and costs,  prior to the sale of their property. The purchaser will then, with the completion of the property purchase, assume the protection of the Program with an annual subscription - win win for all involved.
